Times of India, on 31 August 2007, published an interesting column by Lee Iaccoca. In this article he writes of the 9 C’s which he feels will make a leader:
- A leader has to be Creative
- A leader has to show Curiosity
- A leader has to Communicate
- A leader has to be a person of Character
- A leader must have Courage
- To be a leader, you have got to show Conviction
- A leader should have Charisma
- A leader has to be Competent
- You cannot be a leader, if you don’t have Common Sense
